Enquiry
The first point of contact. To provide us with enough context to discuss your garden or project in detail, please share with us photographs and any information about what you are looking to achieve. We will follow up with a phone call with one of our managers to discuss your enquiry and the next steps.

Site Visit & Meeting
We will typically require a site visit and meeting with yourself to discuss the garden or project in more detail. Here, we can learn more about your aims and aspirations as well as ensure that we can offer the right service to suit your needs.

Service Offering
Our service offerings fall under two broad categories as explained above. If requiring garden aftercare and maintenance, we will offer either our 'regular' client service or our irregular 'ad-hoc' service. For garden development and one-off projects, we will provide you with detailed estimations and quotations for the design and implementation of the work discussed.

Delivery
Once the service offering and timeline has been agreed upon we will deliver the work. Be it weekly visits from our highly-skilled team or a one-off project installation, we ensure quality at every level.

Follow Up
Through regularly checking in and assessing the progress of your garden, we ensure it continues to evolve to fit your needs.
